Rescheduling
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Same-day changes may incur a 50% service fee unless the appointment is filled. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Memberships
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime, for any reason, by emailing care@respas.com. Annual memberships are a one-time payment for twelve months. Member pricing is valid at every Reveal and RE Spa location.
Packages and gift cards
Series packages and gift cards are redeemable at any Reveal or RE Spa location and never expire. Promotional items follow the terms listed with the offer.
Health and safety
Please tell your Esthetician about retinoids, antibiotics, recent sun or chemical treatments, and any skin conditions. We reserve the right to decline a service that is not safe for your skin that day.
