This Privacy Policy explains how Reveal Waxing & Skincare (“Reveal,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit revealwaxstudio.com, book online, call us, or visit one of our studios. Reveal Waxing & Skincare studios are operated by RE Wax Bartram LLC (Bartram Park) and RE Wax Beaches LLC (Beach Blvd), part of the RE Spa family of businesses in Jacksonville, Florida.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book an appointment, buy a gift card or membership, join our email or text list, or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, intake form answers, and payment details. Payments are processed by our booking partner and its payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the links you click, and the site that referred you. This helps us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising.
2. How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, and to provide our services.
- To process payments, gift cards, memberships, and refunds.
- To send appointment reminders, receipts, and, if you opt in, promotional emails and text messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
- To respond to your questions and requests.

3. Online booking and Zenoti
Online booking, gift cards, and memberships are provided through Zenoti, our scheduling and point-of-sale software. When you click Book Now you are taken to respas.zenoti.com, which is operated on our behalf. Information you enter there is stored in our Zenoti account and is subject to this policy and to Zenoti’s privacy policy.
4. Analytics and advertising tools
We use the following third-party tools on this website and on our booking pages. Each collects information through cookies or similar technology and has its own privacy policy and opt-out controls.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure site traffic and usage. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google Ads (Google LLC) to measure conversions from our ads and to show ads to people who have visited our site. Manage your ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

- Zenoti (Zenoti Inc.), which operates our online booking pages and may use its own analytics there.

5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (booking and payment processing, email and text messaging, analytics and advertising platforms, IT and hosting), with the other studios in the RE Spa family so your membership and gift cards work at every location, when required by law, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business.
6. Text messages and email
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders and, if you opt in separately, promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share text-message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email, or reply STOP to any text.
- Ask us to update or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We may keep records we need for legal, safety, or accounting reasons.
- Use the opt-out tools listed in section 4 for analytics and advertising.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. Guests under 18 may be served only with a parent or guardian’s consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from anyone under 13.
9. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
